Manager, UX

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, guiding growth and quality.
• Establish vision, processes, and culture for high-impact UX work.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align UX with product strategy.
• Oversee design direction and conduct regular design reviews.
• Drive design system evolution and consistent UI across products.
• Ensure clear priorities, scope, and healthy team workload.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of UX experience, including leading a team or mentoring.
• End-to-end product delivery experience from discovery to high-fidelity, including MVPs and complex features.
• Proven ability to coach designers in cross-functional environments and support career growth.
• Experience with remote, distributed teams across product, engineering, and other functions.
• User-first design grounded in research and data; leading discovery, ideation, and user research, and linking insights to product decisions.
• Strong storytelling and communication; experience presenting to and influencing multiple levels.
