- 6โ8+ years of UX experience, including leading a team or mentoring.
- End-to-end product delivery experience from discovery to high-fidelity, including MVPs and complex features.
- Proven ability to coach designers in cross-functional environments and support career growth.
- Experience with remote, distributed teams across product, engineering, and other functions.
- User-first design grounded in research and data; leading discovery, ideation, and user research, and linking insights to product decisions.
- Strong storytelling and communication; experience presenting to and influencing multiple levels.
