Lead engineers, operators, and technicians for sitewide utilities.
Own end-to-end performance of power, water, wastewater, and gas systems.
Drive capital projects to expand utilities for ramp-up; design and commissioning.
Establish preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance for uptime.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and SpaceX standards.
Manage budgets, cost forecasting, energy/water conservation, and contracts.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, environmental engineering, or related field.
8+ years utilities engineering/operations/maintenance in industrial facilities.
4+ years direct people leadership in 24/7 operational environments.
Knowledge of predictive maintenance, SCADA/BMS, and automated monitoring.
Experience with environmental permitting for wastewater, stormwater, and air emissions.
Proficiency reading/creating P&IDs, single-line drawings, and equipment specs.
