📋 Description

• Manage underwriting support functions to keep policies active.
• Coach and mentor direct reports; promote open communication.
• Administer internal controls and audits to ensure tasks are completed per policy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement approved solutions.
• Develop scalable work processes to support growth and efficiency.
• Ensure timely response times, processing quality, and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Resident P&C and Surplus Lines licenses.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance operations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and process guides.
• Strong presentation skills with leaders, partners, or clients.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
