🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years leading SaaS, customer-facing teams.
- 3+ years staffing, performance mgmt, coaching.
- Technical aptitude to help users with HighLevel.
- Strong collaboration, time-management, prioritization.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Data analytics experience to measure impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
