📋 Description

  • Influence others, lead and empower the team toward goals.
  • Coach and develop the team, measuring against KPIs.
  • Identify process improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Interpret data and translate into actions to improve performance.
  • Conduct performance conversations and coaching with teams.
  • Provide technical resources, advisories, and remediation plans.
  • Develop and issue warnings and corrective action plans.
  • Build morale and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Lead escalation of high-severity issues from customers or teams.
  • Be available with cameras on to assist customers via Zoom.
  • Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs change.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience.
  • 5+ years leading SaaS, customer-facing teams.
  • 3+ years staffing, performance mgmt, coaching.
  • Technical aptitude to help users with HighLevel.
  • Strong collaboration, time-management, prioritization.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Data analytics experience to measure impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
