Manager, Treasury Accounting

📋 Description

• Own accounting and reporting for debt instruments, derivatives, FX exposures, and other treasury transactions.
• Prepare and review fair value analyses for derivatives and ensure US GAAP accounting.
• Support hedging programs, including data collection, effectiveness, and documentation.
• Prepare and review treasury journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Monitor foreign currency exposures and related accounting impacts.
• Support intercompany financing arrangements and treasury activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in treasury/accounting, corporate accounting, or finance.
• Advanced SAP skills: extract, analyze, reconcile, and troubleshoot financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, data manipulation, and modeling.
• Experience with debt instruments, FX, derivatives, and hedging.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
