Manager, Treasury Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead accounting for OEM and vendor financing arrangements.
• Manage derivative instruments and hedging activities.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Tax, Fixed Assets, and auditors.
• Ensure proper US GAAP treatment and SEC disclosures.
• Own end-to-end accounting lifecycle for vendor financing transactions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and SOX compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP.
• Public accounting (Big 4) background and/or industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP systems experience a plus.
