Manager, Treasury

📋 Description

• Manage daily treasury operations and liquidity for Oscar Health.
• Lead cash management; optimize cash use across subsidiaries.
• Perform cash flow reporting and forecasting with Capital Planning.
• Reconcile cash balances with forecasts; analyze variances and NII.
• Oversee treasury systems and banking activity: CashPro, JPM Access, WF Vantage.
• Support audits, SOX controls, and treasury governance; manage banking relations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate treasury, cash management, or treasury ops in financial services or insurance.
• 3+ years directly managing liquidity, daily cash positioning, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with online bank portals: CashPro, JPM Access, WF Vantage; fund movements.
• Strong communication skills; ability to articulate treasury concepts and ops.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• MBA and/or CTP certification preferred.
