📋 Description

• Bank Account Administration: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of global bank accounts.
• KYC & Due Diligence: Primary internal contact for global bank KYC/due diligence requests, ensuring timely submission of required corporate documentation.
• Signatory Management: Oversee global bank signatory lists and updates with legal/internal teams.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify manual tasks and propose automation or simplification.
• TMS Implementation Support: Collaborate on global Treasury Management System implementation, focusing on bank connectivity, accounts, and bank fee analysis modules.
• Digitalization: Create a centralized, auditable database of bank files and records.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in finance, banking ops, treasury, or a regulated admin role requiring attention to detail.
• Core Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Technical Aptitude: Excel proficiency; ability to learn TMS/ERP; data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) and automation (Python, Alteryx).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable liaising with external banks and internal stakeholders.
