📋 Description

  • Oversee all real estate acquisitions and dispositions from contract to closing
  • Lead, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators
  • Establish, track, and manage KPIs for the team
  • Review contracts, HUD/Closing Disclosure statements for accuracy
  • Coordinate loans with lenders and manage title/escrow issues
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure timely handoffs with Sales and Construction

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management
  • 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
  • Highly assertive and comfortable holding internal teams and external partners accountable
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
