Oversee all real estate acquisitions and dispositions from contract to closing
Lead, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators
Establish, track, and manage KPIs for the team
Review contracts, HUD/Closing Disclosure statements for accuracy
Coordinate loans with lenders and manage title/escrow issues
Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure timely handoffs with Sales and Construction

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management
5+ years of real estate transaction experience
Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
Highly assertive and comfortable holding internal teams and external partners accountable
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
