📋 Description

  • Oversee all real estate transactions from contract through closing
  • Lead and train Transaction Coordinators and Settlement Processors
  • Manage KPIs and performance of the transaction team
  • Review contracts, HUDs, and closing statements for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management in settlement, title, or transaction management
  • 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for internal/external partners
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
