📋 Description

  • Manage acquisitions/dispositions from contract to settlement
  • Supervise, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators
  • Establish, track, and manage KPIs for all team members
  • Hire, supervise, train, and mentor Transaction Coordinators
  • Develop and update policies and training documents
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and CRM updates are maintained

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management
  • 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to independently resolve complex real estate transaction issues
