🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years people management in settlement, title, or TM
- 5+ years real estate transaction experience
- Proven high-volume acquisitions/dispositions management
- Assertive; hold teams and external partners accountable
- Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
- Independently resolve complex real estate issues
- You love people and customer happiness
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
