📋 Description

  • Manage acquisitions and dispositions from contract to closing
  • Lead, train, and evaluate Transaction Coordinators
  • Set and track KPIs for the team
  • Review contracts, addenda, HUD/Closing Disclosure for accuracy
  • Coordinate with lenders; escalate title and closing issues
  • Ensure CRM updates and smooth handoffs with Sales/Construction

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years people management in settlement, title, or TM
  • 5+ years real estate transaction experience
  • Proven high-volume acquisitions/dispositions management
  • Assertive; hold teams and external partners accountable
  • Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
  • Independently resolve complex real estate issues
  • You love people and customer happiness
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
