- 2+ years of people management in settlement/title/transaction management
- 5+ years real estate transaction experience
- Proven high-volume acquisitions and dispositions management
- Highly assertive; able to hold internal teams and external partners accountable
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
