📋 Description

  • Manage acquisitions and dispositions from contract to closing.
  • Lead the transaction team and personal pipeline in a high-volume environment.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for the team.
  • Create and update policies and training materials.
  • Review contracts, HUD/Closing Disclosures for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with lenders and title companies to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management in settlement, title, or transaction management
  • 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
  • Highly assertive and able to hold internal teams and external partners accountable
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
