📋 Description

  • Manage acquisitions and dispositions from contract to settlement.
  • Supervise and develop Transaction Coordinators and Settlement Processors.
  • Establish, track, and manage KPIs for the team.
  • Review contracts, HUD, and Closing Disclosure statements for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with lenders and title companies on loans and draws.
  • Ensure timely closings and high quality MLS listings and CRM updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management in settlement, title, or transaction management.
  • 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Highly assertive and able to hold internal teams and external partners accountable.
  • Strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
