📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in total rewards in fast-growing tech companies.
  • Global expertise designing programs for a distributed workforce.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in HRIS systems and benchmarking tools.
  • Deep understanding of compensation philosophies, benefits regulations.
  • Strategic thinker; aligned with Cohere’s values of innovation, collaboration, integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
