- Manage lifecycle risk ops from onboarding through monitoring and offboarding.
- Oversee sanctions screening for customers and suppliers with automated workflows.
- Build scalable risk procedures and governance aligned to OpenAI risk tolerance.
- Partner with Legal, Security, Procurement, Finance, and GTM to embed risk controls.
- Lead integration across Salesforce, Persona, OneTrust, and automation tools.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in customer risk ops, KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions, or related risk functions.
- Experience building scalable onboarding, screening, and case workflows in high-growth settings.
- Strong knowledge of sanctions regimes, KYC/KYB, AML concepts, and due diligence.
- Understanding US and international sanctions laws for multinational companies.
- Experience integrating or optimizing systems such as Persona, Salesforce, OneTrust, or similar tooling.
- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills with decision-making under ambiguity.
