🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of progressive technical recruiting across software engineers and product managers
  • Experience using AI-driven recruiting and candidate assessment tools
  • Mix of agency and in-house recruiting at tech-driven organizations
  • Professional services experience is a plus
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
