π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of progressive technical recruiting across software engineers and product managers
- Experience using AI-driven recruiting and candidate assessment tools
- Mix of agency and in-house recruiting at tech-driven organizations
- Professional services experience is a plus
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
