  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-moving tech with rapid roadmaps.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator; influences without authority.
  • Data-driven; tracks metrics, spots trends, and drives decisions.
  • Passion for AI/ML and customer-focused tooling.
