  • Manage and scale the EMEA Solutions team through coaching and hiring.
  • Align regional strategy with Sales, Customer Success, and global Solutions to hit targets.
  • Act as trusted advisor with deep technical expertise in API integrations, AI, and security.
  • Introduce and adopt new product offerings in the EMEA market, focusing on AI and security.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success to ensure technical alignment across the customer journey.
  • Drive operational efficiency across the region and support sales engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management leading technical pre-sales or customer-facing teams in SaaS.
  • 5+ years in technical sales engineering or similar roles in EMEA, with API-driven architectures and enterprise security.
  • Proven success executing regional business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of internet and cloud technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, proxies, firewalls, caching, AI architectures).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management; able to build trust across global and local teams.
  • Fluent in English; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; willing to travel.

🎁 Benefits
