🎯 Requirements
- Proven people leadership: 3+ years as a manager.
- 12+ years IT with software engineering and data engineering, big data.
- Experience leading teams in engineering, support, or consulting.
- Customer-facing experience is highly desirable.
- Hands-on in at least two areas: Spark/Hadoop/Kafka; ML/AI; Data Science/Streaming.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
