- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on technical/engineering roles in high-growth settings.
- 2β4+ years leading and developing recruiters and sourcers with coaching and accountability.
- Proven success managing recruiting across multiple engineering teams with ownership of targets.
- Deep knowledge of technical recruiting: sourcing, assessment design, pass-through rates, offer/close.
- Ability to partner with senior engineering leaders on leveling and job architecture.
- Experience scaling recruiting processes in pod-based or embedded models; data-driven.
