  • Build and lead the Technical Quality function in India.
  • Founding Support leader in Bangalore; set team structure and rhythms.
  • Manage, coach, and empower the team to meet KPIs for Tech Quality and Enterprise support.
  • Partner with Product Support Operations to design scalable bug triage, investigation, resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering for high-quality bug reporting and feedback loops.
  • Use data from Product Support Analytics to surface trends and inform strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years leading high-performing technical support teams in SaaS, with enterprise focus.
  • Deep expertise in people leadership and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong debugging and tech-quality background; web tech: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise environments, incl. SSO, SCIM, provisioning, security.
  • Proven ability to partner with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and build new systems.
  • Bonus: Experience using Figmaโ€™s products.
