๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years leading high-performing technical support teams in SaaS, with enterprise focus.
- Deep expertise in people leadership and building high-performing teams.
- Strong debugging and tech-quality background; web tech: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise environments, incl. SSO, SCIM, provisioning, security.
- Proven ability to partner with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and build new systems.
- Bonus: Experience using Figmaโs products.
