  • Lead a regional troubleshooting/QA team for programmatic and direct ads.
  • Partner with Product and Sales Training to support launches and training.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering to optimize ad delivery and fix issues.
  • Partner with buyers and DSPs to troubleshoot campaign delivery.
  • Lead global support collaboration to deliver high-quality campaign operations.
  • Own regional ticket-based support workflow, maintaining SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital advertising; 3+ years in programmatic.
  • Experience leading high-performing technical/operational teams; global support a plus.
  • Experience in Ad Operations at Publisher, SSP, and/or DSP; DSP exp a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ad serving, programmatic buying, delivery.
  • Experience with ticket-based support or operations systems.
  • Customer-facing experience with stakeholder management under pressure.
