π― Requirements
- 5+ years in digital advertising, including 3+ years with programmatic solutions
- Experience leading and coaching high-performing technical/operational teams; globally distributed support a plus
- Experience in Ad Operations at a Publisher, SSP, and/or DSP (DSP exp a plus)
- Experience building cross-functional relationships with go-to-market teams such as Sales and Customer Success
- Strong technical knowledge of ad serving, programmatic buying, campaign delivery, and measurement
- Experience working on a ticket-based support or operations system
