🎯 Requirements

  • Leadership role in a high-growth software SaaS organization.
  • 5-10+ years in technical account management, sales, CS, renewals, or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA a plus.
  • Experience recruiting, developing and managing internship/early-career programs.
  • Experience delivering TAM/CS at scale.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration skills.
