  • Voice of the customer to R&D; prioritize integrations and features.
  • Align with CS and Support leadership for strategic guidance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years managing TAMs or SEs.
  • SaaS architecture: APIs, webhooks, SSO, databases, cloud.
  • De-escalation skills; translate constraints for exec stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience; coaching and mentorship.
