📋 Description

• Own talent development processes for a new tech/analytics area; navigate ambiguity; focus on process improvement.
• Build relationships with consultants to assess development needs; integrate into staffing.
• Maintain profiles of expertise for key offerings and alignment with needs.
• Partner with leaders to understand capacity; serve as staffing contact; communicate demand and rationale.
• Maintain proficiency in resource management tools; ensure data is current and accurate.
• Facilitate performance management processes with calibration and development teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of management consulting or professional services experience.
• Strong critical thinker with ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Excellent project management skills; balance details with big picture.
• Outstanding communications; negotiate and influence others.
• Demonstrated record of high-impact coaching and mentorship; a true people developer.
