🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with niche/hard-to-fill roles.
Hands-on with Lever ATS.
Excellent verbal and written communication across geographies.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience recruiting for creative, media, data, or digital engineering in agencies.
Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity organization.
