📋 Description

  • Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth plans.
  • Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years managing recruiters or leading hiring initiatives.
  • Proven experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the India talent market and recruitment landscape.
  • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
