🎯 Requirements

- 6+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
- 3+ years managing recruiters or leading hiring initiatives.
- Proven experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the India talent market and recruitment landscape.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
