🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting in professional services; 3+ years in Healthcare Strategy and Advisory at mid-career
- Experience recruiting Epic IT professionals across clinical and revenue cycle modules (Willow, Beacon, Cadence, Resolute)
- Proven ability to build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communicator; entrepreneurial, collaborative; able to manage full lifecycle recruiting with minimal travel
