📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-career generalist roles across Healthcare Advisory practices.
  • Define hiring needs, role specs, and success profiles with firm leadership.
  • Build high-touch candidate pipelines using executive search, market mapping, direct sourcing, and targeted outreach.
  • Assess qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential via structured interviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates with a confidential, relationship-driven experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting in professional services; 3+ years in Healthcare Strategy and Advisory at mid-career
  • Experience recruiting Epic IT professionals across clinical and revenue cycle modules (Willow, Beacon, Cadence, Resolute)
  • Proven ability to build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent communicator; entrepreneurial, collaborative; able to manage full lifecycle recruiting with minimal travel
