  • Proven GTM recruiting experience at a tech startup; experience managing a Recruiting team.
  • Hands-on experience reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines.
  • Experience driving data-driven hiring strategies and predictive analytics.
  • Innovator with experience piloting new TA initiatives.
  • Strong results delivery and ability to scale with growth.
  • Fluent English; committed to diversity and inclusion.
