- Salesforce Administrator 201 required
- Experience leading a 3-5 person team
- Strong Salesforce best practices and troubleshooting
- Debug flows, data issues, APIs, Apex, Visualforce
- AWS experience: Amazon Connect or CloudWatch is a plus
