Manager, Supply Planning

📋 Description

• Own time-phased supply plans and inventory strategy across product categories.
• Optimize service and inventory levels by SKU at each supply node.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers on production scheduling.
• Work with cross-functional partners to build a robust assumption-based plan.
• Track and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Model scenarios; communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• BA or equivalent required; advanced degree or supply chain cert a plus.
• 4-6 years in supply/inventory planning, ideally in a CPG environment.
• 4+ years of broader operations experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; inventory models for complex networks.
• Strong communicator; tailor messages to leadership, peers, and manufacturers.
• Plans and prioritizes work independently; executes from idea to reality.
