Manager, Supply Planning

📋 Description

• Own time-phased supply plans and inventory strategy across product categories.
• Optimize service and inventory levels by SKU at each node of the supply chain.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers on production scheduling to ensure executable plans.
• Gather cross-functional inputs to create robust assumption-based inventory plans.
• Track and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Model scenarios; communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• BA or equivalent required; advanced degree or cert a plus.
• 4–6 years in supply/inventory planning (CPG preferred).
• 4+ years broader operations experience.
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills; inventory models.
• Strong communicator; tailor messages to audience.
• Self-starter; plan and prioritize independently.
