🎯 Requirements

8+ years in supply chain or ops with leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Strong strategic, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of supply chain, sourcing, inventory, and supplier mgmt.
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Experience building and leading teams in scaling environments.
