Manager, Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Oversee production material flow from raw materials to final product.
• Optimize logistics, inventory, and supplier relations to cut costs.
• Report to Director of Manufacturing; no direct reports.
• This is an in-person role located in San Mateo, CA.
• Develop build plans from forecasted demand; align purchases.
• Ensure deliveries account for lead times and yield loss.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's in business or supply chain.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement and logistics.
• Experience using ERP to manage inventory; NetSuite preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented; able to plan and prioritize in fast-paced env.
