🎯 Requirements

- Direct CM relationship experience: PO mgmt, lead time negotiation, quality escalation
- Hands-on ERP/IMS proficiency
- Ability to build demand forecasts from CRM pipeline data
- Strong written communication; escalate constraints before affecting customers
- Experience in robotics, defense, or industrial automation preferred
- ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus
- 1–2 years leading or mentoring individuals
