🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience leading an engineering team.
- Experience with suppliers, manufacturing, and hardware in aerospace or automotive.
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and test/inspection requirements.
- Experience with APQP/PPAP/PFMEA and production validation.
- Strong cross-functional communication with Eng, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
