  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and drive follow-up.
  • Own day-to-day management of telehealth partners.
  • Serve as primary operational contact for existing and new partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Eng, Marketing, Data, etc.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on progress and risks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Background in Digital Health or Telehealth.
  • 5–8+ years in program management, operations, or partnerships.
  • Experience managing external vendors or service partners.
  • Strong organizational skills for multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Clear communicator with strong follow-through.
  • Familiarity with PM tools like Asana, Monday, Jira; HealthTech preferred.
