Manager, Strategic Value & Investment Analysis

📋 Description

• Build complex financial models to size UM and affordability impact.
• Represent UM in finance workstreams; align initiatives with savings pipeline.
• Own the department's "Source of Truth" for value tracking and True-Up reports.
• Translate data into executive-ready narratives for leadership.
• Develop data-driven frameworks for evaluating new investments (MLR impact).
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting or healthcare strategy.
• 3+ years delivering projects/programs.
• Strong ACA knowledge: Risk Adjustment and MLR in ACA models.
• 3+ years financial modeling, business case development, cost-benefit analysis.
• Healthcare experience (Insurance/Systems/Consulting).
