Establish relationships with Medical Economics and Data Science to track ROI.
Own the Source of Truth for value tracking; monthly True-Up reports.
Translate data into executive-ready narratives for leadership.
Create data-driven frameworks for decisions on new investments based on risk adjustment and MLR.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in management consulting, financial analysis, or healthcare strategy.
3+ years delivering projects/programs.
Strong ACA knowledge; UM impact on Risk Adjustment & MLR.
3+ years financial modeling, business case development, and cost-benefit analysis.
Healthcare experience in Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Consulting.
Bonus: SQL and Excel; Looker experience.
