🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree + 4+ years in engineering or supply chain; BA + 6+ years; or 10+ years in these areas
- PCBA, Harness, or Connectors experience
- Contract negotiation experience
- Experience sourcing suppliers
- Strong written and verbal communications across all levels
- Prior formal people leadership experience
