🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in operationally intensive roles (marketplace/data ops, strategy).
- 2+ years leading high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.
- Investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder AI/data projects.
- Background in AI data operations, ML ops, or technical services a strong plus.
