📋 Description

  • Support the referral pipeline with partner prospecting and personalized outreach
  • Engage target partners via email, gifting, corporate events, and more
  • Onboard and ramp new partners into the referral pipeline
  • Plan and execute quarterly events for referral partners
  • Act as a liaison between New Business Sales, Marketing, and B2B/agency partnerships
  • Partner with Directors of Business Development and BDAs to introduce qualified prospects through strategic referrals

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years of post-graduate experience in sales or client-facing roles
  • Analytical, metrics-driven mindset with willingness to learn and be coached
  • Strong research skills and ability to build relationships with C-suite
  • Experience in partnerships/relationship marketing or similar SaaS/martech sales
  • Demonstrated interest in a long-term career in sales
