📋 Description

• Manage Fever's top partners and their events across verticals to sustain growth.
• Oversee end-to-end partner events, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance.
• Build strategic partner relationships; anticipate needs and address challenges with internal teams.
• Set KPIs, apply data-driven growth strategies, and track performance with regular reports.
• Gather partner feedback and translate insights into product/marketing improvements.
• Develop into a team manager; mentor Project Managers and foster growth.
• Gain 360-degree knowledge of Fever teams and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in project management or management consulting.
• Fluent in Korean and English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; proven relationship-building.
• Analytical, organized, solution-oriented; adept at multi-tasking.
• Curious; eager to push boundaries and try new concepts.
• Strives for excellence in own work and others'.
• Strategic thinker for partnerships and leveraging Fever's data.
• Collaborative and willing to roll up sleeves.
• MBA is highly valued.
