📋 Description

  • Set strategy for Strategic Accounts; own revenue and retention goals
  • Build and lead programs to improve account health, adoption, and growth
  • Lead solution development addressing customer needs with internal partners
  • Grow profitable sales by aligning to customer outcomes and objectives
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs through ongoing engagement
  • Strengthen executive relationships and elevate Mindbody as a trusted partner

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years owning Enterprise/Strategic accounts incl. retention & growth
  • 3+ years people leadership experience, ideally supporting large/complex accounts
  • Strong analytical skills and business judgment in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and day-to-day priorities
  • Experience building strong relationships with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, studio owners
  • Ability to think analytically and apply learnings to complex client situations
  • Track record of evaluating and developing talent, building a high-performing team culture
  • Comfort with web technologies, CRM, and sales enablement tools; SaaS experience strongly preferred
