- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum four years in airline ops, training, or aviation leadership.
- Minimum two years leadership in training or regulatory ops.
- Ground Security Coordinator certification.
- Knowledge of FAA, DOT, TSA, ACAA, IOSA/IATA requirements.
- Authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.
