- Support SPTR projects ensuring regulatory alignment and client objectives
- Lead SPTR pre-commercial activities; evaluate pricing strategies and compliance frameworks
- Prepare and validate SPTR reports for accuracy and timely submission
- Monitor SPTR triggers (WAC increases, product changes) to identify reporting obligations
- Interpret state regulations; guide clients and internal teams on requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and reporting
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, compliance, or regulatory reporting
- Direct experience with SPTR requirements preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical pricing constructs (WAC, ASP, discounts, rebates)
- Ability to interpret and apply complex, non-uniform state regulations
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Leadership skills with experience mentoring or supporting team members
