Lead ACA ops teams for 1094/1095 processing, IRS submissions, and reporting.
Monitor team capacity, deliverables, and performance daily for timely, accurate work.
Conduct regular 1:1s to support development and task success.
Serve as primary client escalation point for ACA service delivery concerns and resolution.
Provide weekly performance reports to leadership, highlighting successes, risks, and needs.
Lead weekly team meetings to align on initiatives and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication
ACA compliance or healthcare/HR experience preferred
Strong relationship and project management skills
Tech-savvy with ability to learn new technologies
